Upon arrival, the concierge at Household - Settembrini 17 was helpful, providing us with valuable information about traveling in Milan and recommending key sights to visit. The location of the hotel is also a major plus, as it is conveniently situated near Milan Central Station and three different metro lines. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. there are numerous dining options in the surrounding area, including affordable dine-in and take-away places.
While the hotel offers breakfast vouchers for a nearby café, the selection is limited to one croissant and one drink, which may not be satisfactory for everyone. there were occasional noise disturbances from guests in the upstairs rooms, and the shower drainage in the room I stayed in was clogged, resulting in water accumulation.
